Mr. Hobbs will be based out of ROI’s Toronto office. Matt has over 18 years of experience in the field of international business at UK Trade and Investment, where he most recently served as Director Inward Investment & Marketing for Canada (British Consulate General, Toronto) from 2007 to 2011.
