Account Manager – Market Research & Business Development

We are aggressively hiring Account Managers who are charged with identifying and qualifying business opportunities on behalf of our clients.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketing and research campaigns by:

  • Contacting senior level executives to gauge their interest in and promote our clients’ products and services;
  • Arranging business meetings between our clients and those executives who express an interest in pursuing a business relationship;
  • Acting as an intermediary between our clients and potential customers in order to facilitate and enhance business growth;
  • Conducting targeted internet research to identify companies that fit the criteria provided by our clients;
  • Analyzing market trends and performance indicators in order to further the marketing and sales objectives of our clients.

International Market Research Associate

We are currently looking for full-time market research associates to work in our Montreal headquarters, focusing on investment prospecting in support of our clients’ business development teams. This is a position with ample opportunity for advancement and professional development.

As a Research Associate, you will

  • Generate leads for government and corporate clients through customized research techniques. This is achieved by equal parts primary research and corporate surveying via phone and email;

To qualify as a Reseach Associate candidate, you must:

  • Have a background or strong interest in economic development and business development
  • Have enthusiasm and be energized by research
  • Have fluency in English OR French (additional languages are an asset)
  • Have strong computer skills (we use an industry-leading CRM platform)
  • Be self-motivated and work well in both an independent setting and a team environment
  • Have strong verbal communication skills and be comfortable conversing with C-level executives
