ROI was established in 2003 in Montreal, Canada, as a market research firm specialized in lead generation and qualification for economic development and business communities worldwide.

Our dynamic staff of more than 60 people can be found throughout our headquarters in Montreal and our representation offices in Chicago, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Rio de Janeiro. We have also recently expanded our global footprint through our strategic partnership with Washington, D.C.-based public relations firm, APCO Worldwide.
