Emre Agrasoy
Mr. Agrasoy, a fluent German speaker, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Trade and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey, where he specialized in international trade and investment. Emre began his career as a Marketing Specialist at DHL (Deutsche Post Worldwide Net) in Bonn, Germany, and later worked as an Export Manager at Merem Textile in Istanbul Turkey.
Upon completion of his Master of Arts in Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Emre joined ROI in 2006 as a Research Analyst. In December 2007, he was promoted to work as an Account Executive in charge of Europe. In this position, Emre developed new strategies and processes specifically for lead generation in Europe and enhanced ROI’s database with new European companies and contacts. He successfully managed a variety of contracts, including trade show and road show missions, and qualified European and North American-based lead generation projects for Alsace International, Cyberport Hong Kong, the British Midlands, the Ohio Business Development Corporation, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.
In November 2009, Mr. Agrasoy was promoted to the position of Director of Operations, Public Sector, overseeing worldwide public sector operations at ROI.
