Ms. Thiesen graduated from Carleton University’s Faculty of Public Affairs in 2004, with an Honors degree in Mass Communication. Shortly after she was employed as Head Recruiter by Phase 5 Consulting Group, an Ottawa-based research firm. After being hired by ROI in early 2007, Ms. Thiesen’s exemplary professional courteousness and organizational skills made her stand out as a leader amongst her fellow researchers and shortly after she was promoted to the position of Account Executive.

Ms. Thiesen has demonstrated a true proficiency in her efforts on behalf of ROI’s Engagement Services. With her strong people skills, she has achieved consistent success for clients seeking to promote their region at industry tradeshows, road shows and seminars. Ms. Thiesen is responsible for directly overseeing a team of six experienced researchers who canvass companies en mass in an effort to further develop ROI’s proprietary research database.
