Christiane Heidig

Team Leader - Account Executive

Ms. Heidig holds a Diploma degree in Business Administration (Master’s level equivalent) from Dresden University of Technology, Germany. During her studies in Germany and France, Ms. Heidig specialized in entrepreneurship and market oriented management. As such, she gained extensive knowledge of market research techniques with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Ms. Heidig started her career as Project Manager at Dresden University of Technology, Germany. At Dresden University, she managed the publication process for a leading graduate-level textbook about Customer Relationship Management and acted as a liaison for key executives in the field of Customer Service and Key Account Management at large German and European companies, such as BMW, Otto Group, TUI Deutschland, TNT Express, Webasto, and TESCO. Ms. Heidig also co-authored an article about efficient strategies for customer retention in small and medium sized companies.

 

In January 2009, Ms. Heidig joined ROI as a Research Analyst. As part of the European team, she successfully conducted lead generation for public sector clients in Europe as well as in the United States. In November 2009, Ms. Heidig was promoted to the position of Account Executive, coordinating the European team with a focus on organizing roadshow and trade show missions in Europe, including Germany, Benelux, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Eastern European countries. She has worked with clients such as Alsace International, Invest Languedoc Roussillon and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Ms. Heidig is fluent in English, French and German.
