Ms. Magder received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. At Queen's, Ms. Magder specialized in marketing and international business. Ms. Magder began her career as a Founder and Vice President of Business Development at Nintari.net where she was responsible for strategic partnerships, business development, in which her efforts led to discussions with several high profile companies.

In June 2004, Ms. Magder joined ROI as a researcher and account executive. As the head of ROI's technical services, Ms. Magder has developed advanced research protocols and surveying techniques. Ms. Magder has managed a number of ROI's most complex engagements, with direct oversight for deliverables in the U.S., Canada, China, India, Belgium, Ireland and the U.K.
