Mr. Rowell has a law degree from John Marshall Law School with a Masters in International Business & Trade and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He began his career as a Foreign Legal Consultant for the Law Offices of Kim & Kim, based in Seoul Korea, specializing in international legal strategy and overseas transactions.

Mr. Rowell began working on the government side of the site location equation with Invest Australia where he managed business development in Canada and the Midwest region of the U.S. As an Investment Development Director, Mr. Rowell's achievements included the generation of 30 expansion projects, exceeding $3 billion of new capital investment and 3500 jobs. Mr. Rowell was recognized as the #1 consultant world-wide for all performance metrics. After spending over four years with Invest Australia, Mr. Rowell took a position as the Senior Vice President of International Business Wales, based in Chicago, IL. Some of his achievements there included exceeding objectives by 250%, 110% increase in volume of qualified leads, 75% faster turn-around time on customer service requests and 95% average passing rate on internal compliance audits.

Mr. Rowell joined the ROI team in December 2006 as Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives.
