Anna Covone has a passion for providing direction for people who work within an organization. Mrs. Covone received her academic training at McGill University in Human Resources Management. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Anna Covone has become an expert in employee relations management, recruitment, policies, compensation and benefits, training and career development and organizational development.

Her corporate background includes working in a Contact Center at the Bank of Nova Scotia, where she was responsible for driving strategies around talent, culture and organization effectiveness. At ROI she designs and implements programs to attract, develop, and engage talent, and facilitate the building of a high performing organization. Her ability to recruit top talent consistently improves ROI’s Research Centre ensuring the high quality standards are adhered to.

Anna Covone joined the ROI Team in September 2009 as Director of Human Resources.
