2001 Founded as the internal research division of the site selection consulting firm, CAI, in Montreal, QC.
2003 Mr. Steven Jast leads management buyout and spins off the new firm, thereby launching ROI Research on Investment. Offices are established at 6300 du Parc Avenue in Montreal, QC. ROI began with a staff of 2 employees and 2 clients.
2006 ROI reaches a total staff of 40, in support of 40 clients around the world and throughout North America.
2007 ROI is recognized as the 26th Fastest Growing company in Canada by Profit Magazine. In this year, ROI establishes offices in Osaka, and Hong Kong with US HQ in Chicago, IL.
2008 ROI expands to serve 60 clients, and establishes European offices in Paris and UK as well as second US office in Washington, DC. In July, Mr. Jast is recognized as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.
2009 ROI signs global strategic partnership with Beyond Business Connections in Canberra, Australia, and establishes offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Richmond, VA.
